Show the current list of article numbers

This will show a list of all article numbers which are allocated but where the article it self was not yet published officially.
What article numbers are already allocated but not published?

Reserve a new article number

This program must be used to allocate article numbers to new articles. By using this program you get a unique article number. That number should not be re-used for any other purpose. If you should decide not to complete the article then number is just gone.
