Building DHCP automatically

Saying open DHCP allows intruders is not very clever, even with static DHCP somebody could plug in the network, guess the net parmaeters from sniffed packets, and then use any IP he wants..
static ARP tables would make it harder..

How do you configure multiple IP subnets in a LINUX dhcp config file?
We have multiple subnets (3) and our LINUX DHCP Server only assigns
IP addresses from the first subnet. What should the dhcp config file
look like?

Is there a way to indicate via dhcp that
automounter is to be used, and also specify
the necessary parameters to run automounter
properly?
Thanks,
Chitta
